Challenge

In the highly competitive global market of attracting the best talent to win, in the mid 90s Ray & Berndtson sought to build a web presence that reflected the brand of an international leader. It also needed to reflect each of its host countries and offices, located on five continents.

Approach

Halleck built a site founded in positive and personal images. The modular site employs templated pages to allow each office to edit and modify their own sub-site. Halleck researched vast image banks to identify key style and content photographs to represent each country, but still maintain a consistent branded look and feel.

Results

For over 10 years the site has been maintained without significant changes in design or architecture. Ray & Berndtson has achieved a position as one of the top 10 retained executive search firms worldwide.
