Challenge

Edify Corporation needed assistance in launching a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application, repositioning the company in a new and exciting industry sector.

 

Approach

Halleck developed the brand strategy and market positioning for Edify's new product vis a vis the competition. This strategy was implemented through an integrated marketing communications campaign that included print advertising, direct marketing, corporate printed collateral, a trade show booth, and sales support materials. The concept: know your customers.

Results

In the two years that Halleck worked with Edify, their sales rose 20% year over year. Customer satisfaction improved by 25%. Their average sale increased by 25%.
